Poor sleep affects mood, digestion, concentration and pain. Before anything else, it is worth looking at daily habits.

  • Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, including Sundays.
  • Put phones and TV away an hour before bed.
  • Avoid tea and coffee after 4 PM.
  • Have a light dinner at least two hours before sleeping.
  • Get some morning sunlight and daily physical activity.

If you snore loudly with pauses in breathing, feel very sleepy in the day, or feel low most days, speak to a doctor.
